I would say the overall risk is very low for both of you. You are probably statistically at more risk than him, especially if he ejaculated inside of you without the condom. If you have sex twice a week for a year with no antiviral therapy and no condom, the risk of your partner getting herpes is about 4% per year, so one episode, for 5-8 minutes, on suppression, the risk is incredibly low! If you are worried about other STDs, I think you should get retested for other STDs about a month after the encounter.
