Ulcer in mouth during french kissing

Hi,

2 week ago, I received "special" service from a massage parlor. The lady performed oral sex on me and then proceeded to french kiss me for a while. As it was my first time being at such place and receiving such service, I became extra concern when I realise I had ulcers on my mouth. I'm now very afraid that there is a possibility of getting any form of STD or Herpes, or whatever kind of disease that is possible.

I've never had sex before, or been given oral sex before, so I don't really know much. I've googled around but haven't found a really satisfying answer that can put my mind at peace so I'm hoping some experts here can share with me some views.

What are the possibilities? Especially since the place is "unclean", and that I have an ulcer in my mouth? I don't know about the girl, whether or not she has any form of STD or Herpes, but I'd assume she since it's a hotel, and they need to be clean to work at such places. Should I go to a doctor to be safe?

Point to note: I had ulcers while I was kissing her, not after.

The risk of contracting a std from oral sex is fairly low.  was the oral sex protected?

Nope. The oral sex wasn't protected, which is why I'm extra worried as well.

Still - not a huge risk of anything over all.  You were at low risk for anything from her performing oral on you. The french kissing wasn't an issue for std's - just regular viral illnesses like cold and flu and other run of the mill stuff .
