Unknown bump, herpes?

I have just received oral sex a couple of days ago, me and my girlfriend have both never had sex with anyone but eachother. We both receive cold sores at least once a year on our mouths. After she gave me oral the other day, I now have a very small red bump that has not grown in size over two days and is not irritating me at all, could this be herpes? Neither me or her had any visible or recovering cold sores at the time she gave me oral.

you both have hsv1 orally so the risk of you contracting hsv1 genitally is very low.  always err on the side of caution though and don't perform oral if you have an active cold sore or feel like one might be starting.

if neither of you have never had sex prior to each other, hsv2 isn't an issue.

this doesn't sound like genital herpes going on. should it get worse, see your provider for a proper exam.
