Unprotected oral

So about 5months ago I had sex with a young girl I grew up with she has been with I think 7 people and we had sex with a condom and unprotected oral I did not want to have sex with this girl but finally I did I regretted it and hated it the whole time she just had a kid and got tested for everything but herpes not long after maybe a day and a half I was at work and I started getting burning lower inner thighs and time went on and my mid inner thighs would burn off and on mainly when ever I was thinking about it and sometimes it would be extreme that's when I realized my pants were way to small I had been puting off buying some new jeans for a long time I knew they were getting tight so I'm unsure if that's what caused the burning or not also at work we carry around a desile heater and it burned more when I was around it when I was home on the weekend I never really got the burning well at about 3.5 weeks I got a rash were the top of my tight jeans were rubbing also the jeans were tight on my legs really tight it hurt to sit kinda squished my genitals and the rash went away in about a week then reapeared and went away again I showed a pic to a nurse and she said it looked like a rash from my jeans then that same week I got some bumps around my mid inner thigh they looked white I popes them som oozes clear fluid and some ozed like a zit also the burning went on till the 2 months mark, this was my first bj and I was just curious if this sounds more like anxiety than hsv I  have been known to over stress a lot also I got tested for hsv2 at 4 months it was neg and I got tested for hiv

So the good news is that I'm quite clear that you don't have herpes.  First of all, your test is negative, which is great.  Second, the symptoms that you describe are not consistent with herpes.  They are also not in the location that we would expect for a presentation of genital herpes.  Also, your contact for intercourse was protected and unprotected oral sex on one occasion is unlikely to result in transmission.  I think you should believe your negative test results and move on with your life.  If you get any specific sores on your penis at any time, you should, of course, have that checked out by a health care provider.  In the meantime, continue regular condom use with intercourse.  You are on the right track!

I have not had any bumps nor blisters on my penis either so I'm asking what was the chance I could have gotten hsv1 and I did not see any blisters on her lips Ike around her mouth

The HSV 2 antibody test picks up 97 out of 100 infections.

As you can find in many posts here, the antibody test for HSV 1 misses about 1 out of 10 cases of HSV 1 infection.  I cannot say that HSV 1 testing using the normal screening test is as good as the test for HSV 2.
