Unsure

Hi I've recently been dealing with a weird problem. It all started about a month ago when I noticed a small pimple looking thing on the right side of my penis. I popped it being stupid and it turned into a open sore but with no pain or anything. However after popping it it did not spread, although i did began to notice small almost clear bumps appearing in random spots around my penis but only like 2-3. A couple days later I had a strong itchy sensation on the left side at the base of my penis and noticed 3 bumps spread out a little bit, after the itching went away the skin started to get tougher and swell and my glands in my groin began to swell and also my pubic area was tender to the touch. I went to get a herpes test and they swabbed and it came back negative. After my test a day later I noticed a cluster of blisters that looked exactly like herpes however the blisters never hurt, never popped and just went a away. Side note all of the bumps or blisters i had left scars. Ok but after the cluster went away i had a very itchy bump on my pubic area that looked like another pimple, after awhile it got worse its like a bigger blister, no pain but seems to be seeping fluid, its crusty and white. Lastly i just noticed another small cluster of like 4 bumps on the left side of my scrotum. This all started after I shaved with a razor That was not used but had been sitting in my bathroom draw for a 6 months to a year, not any visible rust, but it was also a razor head I don't normally use. Just looking for any help or suggestions or if anyone has the same symptoms. Thank you

At this point it sounds like your lesion culture was done a few days into things. I'd consult a dermatologist at this point in case it's a bacterial infection.  

Do you have a regular partner?  Have either of you ever had type specific herpes igg blood tests before if you do?
