Urethra irritataion and very sensitive- Herpes?

19 year old male
8 months ago I had a one night stand with a girl who performed oral sex on me without a condom. About 3 days later I started to have weird feelings in my urethra that caused an off and on itching and burning in my urethra (not during urination). I have been tested for hiv, gonneria, syphillis (syphilis), chlamydia, and urinary infections. I have been to a few different doctors who say they do not know what it is, until just recently a doc told me it prob is herpes. I have not had any sores, discharge, burning while urination- which are the most common herpes symptoms. Today I am still having the same symptoms,and even though they come and go it really bothers me. Is herpes that realsitic and what elts could it be? Thanks you for help I have become very deprssed about it. I have a urologist app soon.

It's incredibly unlikely that you have hsv1 genitally causing you problems like this this often and for this long.  

just itching and burning externally and not during urination is more likely something non-std going on.

Thank you soo much for taking the time to read my post. I wanted to let you know the itching and rndon burning is in my urethra not outside and these symmptoms developed days after recieving oral. So you think it may be an STI even though its been 8 months? thanks again I really do appreciate it

You've been screened for sti's and they are all negative.

Did they consider ngu and do urine tests? What about a prostate exam?

Genital herpes wouldn't cause symptoms like this for this long - especially not hsv1 genitally which would be the risk from oral sex.

I know this post on the itching in your urethra has been a couple years now, but did it eventually stop? What was it?  What did you do to stop it?  I have an itch right now, it's in the urethra, but it's only right at the tip.  I too, massage it to relieve the itching. It doesn't itch when I pee, nor does it hurt.  But I did have an unprotected BJ 2 weeks ago.  This just started  happening this week.  Please comment.
