VIRGIN HERPES???? HELP!!!!!

I am a 21 year old male, college student.  I am a virgin.  I have only french kissed one girl one one occasion, back in the 6th grade (11yo).  Other than that, I have had no sexual contact with another person.  I have small, persistent nodules, resembling pimples, on my upper lip...as well as on the genital area.  These same nodules are on my nipples and possibly the crease of my elbow, though i'm not sure the ones at the crease of my elbow isn't just rough skin.  The bumps do cause periodic itching, though usually not on the elbow crease.  Though, they do not appear to be as grotesque as some pictures of herpes on the internet.  I've never had any tests performed, partly because i was unaware anything was wrong when i remember first noticing changes.  I was around 12-13, shortly after that first and only kiss.  After i knew something was wrong, i was simply too scared to take action.  I'm paranoid, especially about the bumps on my lip, which are fairly obvious.  More recently, I have experience eye problems.  The diagnosis for my eyes is kerataconus.  I'm curious as to whether this may be a manifestation of herpes keratitis, as some of the symptoms are similar.  I can recall a burning sensation while urinating at times sporadically since around 13-14 years of age.  However, it never lasted more than a couple days and wasn't bad enough to drive me to get help.  The burning has not afflicted me at all over the past two years.  Furthermore, i have reason to believe one or both of my parents may have herpes, which you might see as a dead giveaway.  However, I don't think i was born with it, because neonatal herpes is often fatal.  But, I imagine i could have acquired it from drinking after one of them (is this correct?). I'm getting into life, and realizing how damaging this can and likely will be.  Consequently, I'm curious about my condition...definitely hoping it isn't herpes, but my guess is that it is HSV-1.  It kind of ***** that in today's world of sexual promiscuity, I actually have chosen to save myself for marriage and yet have found myself apparently afflicted with herpes :(

You need to follow up on all of this with your provider and/or a dermatologist. You don't have herpes on this many body parts.
