Very worried in Haiti about herpes

My first risky encounter was on Oct 4th.I was grinding nude with a haitian female for about 5-10 minutes. On Oct14th i notice a lesion right under the head of the penis. It looked like a moist scrape about the size of this. There were 4 tiny red dots on the head just above it.On the 18th i got it swabbed PCR which came back negative. But I know it was too long for a good reading, and plus I washed my penis just before. The lesion went a way on the 21st.I did squeeze it that day and a small amount of white pus came out.I had no pain or itching with this.On the 20th Nov I received unprotected oral from another haitian girl that lasted maybe 2-3 minutes.7th dec i noticed a cluster of skin colored pimples on the left side of the head of my penis.I am a black male.I posted a picture on the men's health forum, but I know you don't examin pictures. The left side of my foreskin was red and also several (4) scattered bumps on there--close, less than half inch apart. The pimples or foreskin did not hurt or itch at all.I grabbed the head of my penis and stretch it trying to get a better look at the pimples, and one of them appeared to ooze a drop of clear watery fluid. It then looked like an ulcer. The following day still no pain, and the bumps look flat when you look at them on the side, but raised when you look at them from the top. That day i put some monistat cream on it. it burned from time to time through the day.not drastic, but i felt something there. the third day some of the bumps looked flatter.I stretched the skin again to get a better look, and one oozed a droplet of clear fluid from it.but it looked flat after. But all looked slightly redder. the foreskin was still red.in between day two and three i also applied neosporin thinking it would help. the bumps did appear as if they were disappearing, but later i noticed they were not.than i applied coritzone because i thought it was balantis. and today, it looks like flatter, and disappears with the wrinkles on the head.

Normally speaking, herpes sores/blisters break open, scab over and go away.  This can take a varying amount of time as you have seen.  Even with first infection, it can be a short time or a long time.  Wish I could give you something more definitive.

ok...this really is the last question. How long do the outbreaks last if it's a first OB, and a recurring OB? I just see dates on internet ranging from 2-4 weeks,  2-10 days and etc...  What is your experience on this?  Thanks again for your help, and sorry to bother you on your vacation.

Last question Terri.  Would they ooze continuously or stop?

I looked at the pictures.  Without being able to evaluate them in person, I'm just not certain.  It is unusual to have herpes just on the head of the penis, but not impossible.  Your description of them oozing fluid when you stretched the skin suggests that they are blisters, which suggests herpes.

I'm sorry I can't help you with a more definitive thought here.

sorry for the multiple post, but i keep thinking of new things to mention. i took pictures the days so when i get to the states i can show them to a dr.  on the third i woke up to see bumps almost gone. it could have been the light, but on day four the got bigger again as if swollen bites. thanks for your time Terri

I'm not able to get testing done.  one popped a clear drop of fluid when i strecthed the head. after i popped it, it looked like a dimpled pimple, but the next day it just looked like it was covered up back to looking like the others. i feel no pain at all. the bumps are still there. they never oozed again that i can tell or turned into any red ulcers.  they just look like tiny mosquito bites.

Has any testing been done from the lesions that you describe?  Herpes is a possibility here, but without testing, we just can't be certain.  I am concerned about your description that they ooze clear fluid and then looked like an ulcer.  Those fit pretty well with the description of herpes.  Are you able to get any antibody testing done or swab testing if you get further symptoms?
