WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH ME????

Ok about 8 months ago I had a sexual incounter with a new partner. Two weeks into us having sex he told me he had got something from me possibly and so we both went to our doctors and we both were tested positive for clamidhia (however thats spelled). We both were treated and we lost contact. About 2 months later I met who is now my boyfreind and we have been living together for 6 months we have been having unprotected sex and Im not used to having alot of sex everyday. About a month into us having sex I started having problems again but 10x worse. I have discharge, there used to be a funny smell after every sexual incounter, and recently I have been getting these bumps on the vulva area. I had a outbreak about 1 month ago that was horible but this time its not that bad. I also take into consideration that I shave the whole vulva this time in a long time. These bumps start appearing when I dont keep up on my hygiene (showering everyday). I looked online and I did some research and the only thing I can think it might be is vulvitis or genital herpes. I'm only saying this because I havent had pain in the abdoman but I have had pain in the buttocks. I havent had any flu symptoms or anything crazy like that. I'm embarrassed to say this but I've been home alot lately so I havent been keeping up with my hygeine like I should. I used to drink alot of water but now I drink soda everyday and now my pee stinks. Everytime I start drinking water everything clears up and I switched all of my victoria's secret and bath and body works shower gels out last week for some Summers Eve feminine wash for sensitive skin. Since then the funny smell has gone away, I still have little discharge, and the bumps just started appearing two days ago right after I didnt shower for two days and accumulated alot of sweat from partying... I feel its my fault for letting go of myself and my health..... Please tell me what the heck is wrong with me?????????????
