Weird bumps!

I've a little story, I was diagnosed with chlamydia about a month ago, and I was tested for other STD's. My girlfriend also got checked and she was treated for all the STD's because the clinic she went to the doctor diagnosed her with trich, and decided to play it safe and treat her for everything else. I got blood work done and turns out I have hsv-1. I understand that hsv-1 can be transmitted into the genital areas aswell. Which leaves me with the question if its on my genitals or not. I do get some type of soar feeling on the side of my tongue, but It's the second time I've gotten these small bumps on my glans, it gets irritated and really dry to the point where you can see lines that my foreskin leaves. My doctor said that it didn't look like herpes to her, and right away after chlamydia treatment they disappeared, for some reason my chlamydia hasn't cleared up. Also my girlfriends doctor said to her that it didn't look like she had herpes but she did tell me that she has had one cold soar on her lip a few years ago. She did give me oral. I've been treated twice for chlamydia, after the second time my results came negative for chlamydia but I still have discharge and slight testicular pain. Could it be a false negative? Is it because I have sex with a condom during treatment?
What could I have? These bumps are really tiny and don't burst or scab. They jut disappeared the first time after the treatment of azithromycin, the second time because of hydrocortisone that I rubbed on it. A few of these small little bumps stayed and won't disappear. It looks lot better after i put the cream on, if it were herpes wouldn't it worsen it?Could that be from sex or masturbation? Please I really need some knowledge on this, I am going back to my doctor but will also get a second opinion from a different doctor. Can anyone please give me advice on what I could possibly have. Could it be herpes? A skin condition? Trich? Chlamydia(it doesn't cause bumps though does it?) yeast infection? Please I just want to get better.

what other testing have they done on you so far? did they treat you for trich too?  they should've automatically when your partner was treated for it. have you two had sex since she was treated for trich?  have they checked your prostate?

odds are your hsv1 is oral even if you can't recall ever having had a cold sore. since your gf also has hsv1 orally, her giving you oral sex isn't an issue.  your bumps don't hurt or itch so they aren't herpes.

I forgot to mention that the bumps do not itch or hurt, and it's on my glans penis. The inside of my foreskin also gets irritated
