What Am I supposed to do ?

I have all the symptoms of herpes, but my blood test results doesn't show up antibodies.

I had a sebaceous cyst (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sebaceous_cyst) on my back and got it removed by a surgeon which left an open wound on my back. After 4-5 days, the around areas of the wound was itchy and I scratched a lot. I was assuming it was due to the healing process. Gradually two pointed like thing started popping up on the area I was scratching, which had a white tip. I assumed it was some kind of infection.

In between, I had protected sex with a girl who appeared normal, but we sweated a lot. This happened at  9th Oct 14.30.

I was asked to meet my surgeon on 11th Oct 11.00 and on that meet he noticed these 2 pimples which was big enough and he said its a infection filled with pus, he did a small procedure to remove the pus from it. The pimple was hard and solid inside with a sharp point ( not like a bubble filled with fluid.

After 2 days I started feeling pain on both pimples, when I touch it, when I move it; then it gradualy  broke and liquid like blood and pus came out. Also the tip dried a little. I felt sick, body pain, restless legs with mild pain, joint pain, no appetite, sensitive stomach, mid heaviness in my groin.

I had a doubt and  did my Herpes blood test, which was on Oct - 2011  , HSV I and II ( IGG and IGM) - Elisa Method (NOTE: this is my 3rd blood hsv blood test - I've mentioned about it in history section)

The results are,

HSV-I IgG - 0.11 A.I
HSV-II IGG - NOT DETECTABLE

HSV-I IgM - 0.03 Ratio
HSV-II IGM - 0.08 Ratio

In a weeks time, some more fluid came out and gradually it was drying out. Today the crust fell off for both and mild scar is left there.

History

I had some symptoms of herpes before.

1st symptom on Mar - 2011

got a sun burn alike on my arm (the other side of elbow), which was very itch initially, scratched it a lot and gradually mild white spots appeared which was only visible if seen carefully. Went to a skin doctor, he said its eczema due to UV sun exposure and prescribed a cream and a tablet, which I took and it went off.

2nd symptom on May - 2011

My anus was very itchy. I was scratching it a lot and gradually a lump like thing formed there. Again went to a skin doctor and told him about my doubt on herpes. He referred a venereologist. I showed him and he said its a mid hemorrhoids with some infection and its not herpes. He prescribed few medicines but condition was the same.

Again I went to a gastroenterologist, and he said it a mild hemorrhoids and gave a cream, which worked and itching and pain reduced.

Still, I took the first herpes blood test (elisa method) on May 2011.

The results are

HSV-II IGG - 0.05 A.I
HSV-II IGM - 0.13 Ratio

Later I read in forums that it takes about 16 weeks to form antibodies, So I waited for few months and took my second herpes test on Oct

Blood test (elisa method) on Oct 2011

The results are,

HSV-I IgG - 0.24 A.I
HSV-II IGG - 0.04

HSV-I IgM - 0.17 Ratio
HSV-II IGM - 0.06 Ratio

When did I got infected by herpes ? IS it from the girl I had sex with after removing my sebaceous cyst ? If so, 48 hours is enough to develop 2 herpes sores with pus in it ? OR
a normal sore with pus can be later infected by herpes ? OR is it because I already got herpes and since that was a open wound, I had self infected it by touching it ?

Why my latest blood test says HSV II IGG as NOT DETECTABLE ? IS it because the test was taken during the OB, the herpes virus was very active and had killed all my antibodies ?

I also had a talk with my doctor about herpes. He is very cool about it, he says its unavoidable these days and have lots of medicine to treat it; and body will equip itself by developing antibodies after getting infected - which might happen in a months time or might take some time but not greater than 2 years; and its 100% normal to get married.

Is it safe to live with my parents? Wont they get infected ?
If I get married, wont i infect my wife? and later my child ?
Will this bring some other heath complications and affect my nervous system ?

What should I do ? Kindly Help me!

why do you think you have to have herpes? your testing is negative and every time you've been seen for symptoms, no one thinks that they are herpes related.
