What are the chances I have got infected with genital Herpes

Hey hows it going guys. On friday i had sex with csw it was protected vaginal oral although she did suck and lick my scrotum. My main worry is herpes because i have had a lil itch /tingly feeling on the inner thighs a few days after. I have a few red marks on the inner thighs as well they don't hurt and are not raised bumps. My scrotum and
penis have no marks or rash. Could the itch be from the condom cause sometimes i do get a itchy feeling depending on the brand of condom but i usually do not have any spots on the inner thighs. What are the chances of getting a herpes from a protected encounter.
