What are the odds?

Hello,
26 day ago I had vaginal protected and oral unprotected sex with a woman for about 40 minutes or so.
2 days later I started feeling a slightly burning sensation in urethra and as days went by it became persistent, not only during or after urinating. There was no dysuria or secretion.
After a week of that I realize my penis was sore and the glans shows something like little fissures and also had swollen nodes in the groin. Due to my work be in an isolated area I couldn't visit a doctor and only made fone contact with the medical support of my company. Doctor told to use miconazol and betametasone + gentamicin twice a day.
At the beginning responded well but after a week my shaft still was sore and the glans looked like to be more irritated with deeper fissures (specially when I woke up and after take showers). The doctor suspected it could be candidiasis or an allergic reaction to the stimulant product of the condom. After a week using the topical treatment the uti reduced but didn't disappear at all. It became intermitent,  the doctor decides to stop with betametasone + gentamicin, and in the firts 24 hours using only cetoconazol my shaft looked better so he decided stop with cetoconazol also. That night my uti got worse and felt it burning more than any other day. Next morning my glans was more irritated than any other day. Explained this situation to doctor by phone and she told me to resume cetoconazol, that almost immediately improved the urethritis and the glans aspect.
In the meanwhile I had asķed this girl to test for dst even after she told me she had nothing and never felt anything. The test came back positive for hsv2 (igg 4.7) and negative for sifilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, hiv and hsv1.
I was already very stressed and worried before she told me that and got even more after knowing this. It was 2 weeks after the encounter.
After 3 weeks I started to feel a low fever and sore throat. I have to say I haven't sleep more than 3 or 4 hours each night due to my highly anxiety, stressed and worry state.
After almost 4 weeks there are no sores or blisters and uti has almost gone but still fell it sometimes during the day.
Could anybody that real knows about it told me:
1. What are the odds of somebody be infected with hsv2 in a situation like this.
2. What could be the most probably cause of the uti? Could it be herpetic?

Your condom protected your penis from hsv2. Hsv can not penetrate the condom.  I know her having hsv2 is scary but the odds of contracting the virus from a single unprotected exposure is very slim.1 in a 1000. Add a condom and it's just about zero and zero for any area covered by the condom. Hsv2 can be an oral infection but it's rare and doesn't shed much at all. About 1% of days. Not a realistic possibility
