What could I have?

I started getting an itch around the base of my penis about two days ago. Today there are lumps on it. I don't notice any discoloration. Are the lumps possibly just swelling from scratching? I don't have any open sores or discharge. Could I have gotten someting from a gloryhole earlier the same day before the itch started?

This could be many things. The best thing to do is to see your provider for a further work up. You can even get bacterial infections from surfaces like a glory hole.
