What do you think..

So on Tuesday night, in the shower, I felt a small bump about the size of a bb. it was on my scotum at the base of my penis. It felt really hard and I tried to pop it. Nothing really happened, but some clear stuff sort of oozed out. It didn't really "pop", there was just this tiny amount of clear fluid on the surface. Anyways, about 1 day later, the top of this little bump was covered with a little scab, and now today, Friday, the scab is beginning to heal. This bump is 100% not painful at all, and there's only 1. I don't know what this is, could it be herpes? or something else?
