What is Happening to my Penis?!?

Ok so...

I had unprotected sex with a girl about 8 weeks ago. She has some issues, but we had dated on and off for a couple years so there was some mutual trust.
Symptoms have been going on consistently for the duration of 8 weeks.
Within a week, symptoms went from:

- Itching/ pressure in pubic area
- Pain in groin on either side of testicles
- strange shooting pains, itches in groin, anus, buttocks, legs... Pretty much my entire lower body
- Pinching feeling at tip of urethra
- Throbbing anus
- 3 weeks of diarreah ( though I was a nervous wreck and likely have IBS)
-Bizarre spasms in urethra like something is crawling through my penis ( seriously)
- Pressure from prostrate, bladder, testicles and genitals in general.

First I thought herpes, then HIV, now back to herpes. Several mental breakdowns.
All  STD tests negative up to 5 weeks (positive HSV1, have had cold sores since youth)

I'm 24 years old, have depression and anxiety, can't really function on a normal basis because of this, and I feel like I'll never have a functioning penis again. AM I LOSING MY MIND?!?!?! Thoughts?

You can rule out hiv. I have dealt with a lot of guys with symptoms like you describe. Not one to my knowledge not a single one was positive for hsv. Or any std for that matter. So to answer your question. I'm confident you do not have an std.

That it's not herpes... Or full blown AIDS...

So... If you had to put a percentage on your confidence level from 0-100%, what would your gut feeling be?

Well it never hurts to hear more people who don't think it's an STD, That's a plus.

I would call back and tell them you're in pain and can't wait that long. I do know no std acts this way. To speculate on what is  on an online forum, is just that.

Appreciate the response; Have been referred to urologist, but will not be able to be seen for another month. Any alternative possibilities/ recommendations?

I also think hsv or any std is the cause of this. Hsv symptoms would absolutely not last this long. I suggest seeing a urologist.

Should also add:

Have seen GP and urgent care providers 4x, have no visual signs of herpes and have been "assured" it is not herpes. Tests for bacteria in urine also negative, WBC normal, no pain upon urination.
