What is going on with my penis?

Ok, i had sex with my wife on a friday. I pulled out in the middle of the act and noticed white stuff all over my penis. neither of us had came yet.No big deal we finished. The next day she starts to ich down there. She goes to the doctor Monday and is diagnosed with a yeast infection. Also on Monday, I start feeling a lil uncomfortable down there... just the urge to pee all the time. over the next week my syptoms were this... urge to pee.. lil white pimples on head of penis and foreskin, just on the top. I never had white discharge. Pain when peeing. the pimples didn't hurt. Everything has went away except the top of the head of my penis is still a lil irritated? Like i can see tiny lil bumps on it.. not sore, not scary. just not quite normal? it has been 2 weeks since the symptoms. Did i have a yeast infection that i never got rid of? also i don't know if this matters but i have had a pesky ingrown toenail for awhile?

I am assuming you must have athletes foot? and that is why yoiu mention the toe? I would think you had a yeast infection on ur penis.... from your wife??? not because occationally your tool box stretches all way to your toe? (sarcasticlly) I hope that doesn't get me in trouble? but I think maybe you should see a doctor, perhaps the one your wife went to, for some yeast medication, like diflucan? and maybe get a std check while there for peace of mind?

not sure what an ingrown toe nail would have to do with your penis? he he he

so you never went to be seen by your doctor and have any testing done?  no way to know at this point then if this was just irritation or if you had something going on.
