What is it?

I'm 18 & in the last month I had unprotected sex. Now I have these little tiny red dots\spots on the head of my penis. Also, there are some red splotches that aren't much bigger than the dots on my penis as well. I want to say it's just irritation from the unprotected sex & the periods masturbation afterwards because I probably didn't allow myself the proper relaxation because my penis is sore from it. The dots & splotches aren't painful but yet have a little sting to them when i touch them. Do you think you can tell me what kind of symptoms are these?

It's best to get checked out while you have active symptoms. Indeed it could very well be irritation from lack of lube (use plenty of it!). But if you want to be sure, get it checked out.
