About 3 times a year, I get a skin colored bump on the walls of my vagina. It doesn't hurt or itch; I only know that it's there because I will see it. It's about the size of a pimple. Last weekend, I felt a bump on the outside of my vagina in my pubicPubic lice hair area. I've never had anything like that before in my pubicPubic lice hair area and wondered if it was related to the bump that I get 3 times a year. This bump looked like a pimple and I was able to get pus to come out of it. Today, it is red and just looks like a small sore. If it was herpes, wouldn't it be more than one bump AND wouldn't it appear in the same place every time? Or am I mistaken?
Since you already squeezed this - it's too late for a lesion culture and typing.
A bump inside yoru vagina is probably a "normalNormal saline flush" bump and not something to be concerned about.
If you and your partner have never had herpes blood tests - then why not get them and see what they show so you know if you either of you even have to worry about herpes in your relationship from here on out?
There are lots of bumps and lumpsLumps in the breasts on our bodies that are completely normal. A painles bump inside the vagina that goes away - isn't likely to be anything to worry about. If you are concerned then by all means the next time it's there see your doctor and find out what it is exactly.
What you have now could be many things - including an ingrown hair or herpes. Since you popped it - there's no good answers to be gotten now about it. If you both get tested for herpes and are negative - then you know you don't have to be concerned about herpes being the cause.
