What's my risk for contacting herpes or HPV with a protected single encounter?

I had sex with a sex worker from a massage parlor. Was protected with a condom for both oral and vaginal sex, although she did lick my scrotum. Lighting was dim, couldn't visually inspect. I'm unshaven, so less  risk there as well. I've been doing some research and the numbers for herpes and HPV seem to be all over the place, with some sources saying high certainty and others saying that the possibility is very low. Which is it? Should I be worried?

You shouldn't be worried at all frankly. The liming was really a no risk event and the scrotum is rarely infected due to the thick skin. Your protected oral is no risk and condoms offer about 95% protection so all in all you needn't worry about hsv. Hpv is a bit trickier and to be honset not thst much is really known so info is all over the place. Obviously your protected behavior helps out greatly. I wouldn't be concerned with either from this exposure.
