Whats with the bumps

Ok, I'm a 22yr old male and recently I have found like 5 tiny bumps just above the penis. They don't itch, burn, pus or anything, they are just there. I thought to myself perhaps in-grown hairs cause after talking to my wife, I realized I have been using a dole razor, so I thought to pick at them and see what happens and they bled which I was expecting. So in a nut shell they bleed if picked or cut, and the skin still is sensitive but doesn't itch or burn and none of the things I've read or seen about herpes and warts match up with what

you've already picked this so going to be seen at this point is of little value. leave your hands off of them and let them heal. If they return, or get worse, then see your provider.

odds are what you are describing isn't a std but just something normal like pearly papules.

did you and your wife get full std screenings at any point before?

Bumps can be anything.  What you are describing doesn't sound like herpes but an online forum can't really tell you for sure.  My advice if you are concerned see your provider and have them take a look at it.  If you and your partner haven't had sex with anyone else and both of you were negative for herpes when the relationship started chances are you don't have herpes now.
