When should I retest?

I recently received the results form an HSV IGM 1/2 combination test the results were 1.48 High, > 1.09 means detection. I've read through some of these forums and understand that these IGM tests are unreliable. My questions are how long should I wait before I get an IGG test, and how reliable are the IGG tests. I took the IGM test about three days after exposure. As it stands now I'm at 8 days since the IGM test, and 11 days since the initial exposure.

Well, you should test now to see if you already have herpes, and if its negative, you should test at about 3 or 4 months.
