Which STD do I have? If any...?

On August 10, 2009 I preformed an unprotected oral sex for about 10 seconds and I totally regret it... the day after both my tonsils were swollen and I felt sick. Now, September5, 2009... My mouth hurts and my jaw.. I think I have this red tint polkadot rash on my left arm my swollen tonsils are producing white hard balls that small like bad breath! I feel week my head hurts and my eyes hurt too a bit... Basically, I started producing these symptoms the day after.. and now about 3 and a half weeks later.. things are getting worst! what do i have??
