Wondering if these symptoms might match herpes...

Back at the end of november i had sex with a girl who is known to get around a lot, too much liqour was involved no protection was used

I havent shown any sores but my anal area has been sore sometimes, i got a burning feeling in my urethra ( not painful enough to need painkillers or i avoid urinating ), i havent had sex since but if i masturbate when i orgasm its painful and nothing comes out or just a little bit dribbles out
i also only a dull feeling in my right testicle that kinda comes and goes

Ive only done a urine test so far and it came back negative for other stds
My family doctor thinks it could be a minor prostate infection and gave me 14 days of cipro  which i just started that 3 days ago

I dont have the anal burning anymore but i still feel the burn in my urethra and i orgasmed yesterday to pain and no ***, just wondering if this could be the main cause of herp,

You won't get symptoms a few hours later from a newly acquired std.

Once again - the masturbation hurts so don't do it for awhile.  You might just be irritating your body more and besides - why keep putting yourself thru this pain right now?

Hmm well ive kinda been tryin to masturbate every 2 days just to see if i got any progress

i did i guess thurs or friday night i cant remember and like each convulsion from the orgasm hurt inside my penis,

i just tried and when i orgasmed it didnt really hurt but barely anything came out

my doctor pretty much said if the cipro doesnt clear it up he'll prolly do a prostate examination and some further testings

i just wonder if this is all because of that girl because all this arrised the morning we had sex, i drove her home before noon and i'd say by the time it was 1-2 pm that day i noticed everything wasnt feelin right

Definitely give this another week yet - the antibiotics are just barely starting to work at this point. they take a couple of days to start working.

I'd stop masturbating for a week or so too if you can - if you are having pain with orgasm, continuing to have orgasms right now just further irritates things.  I know it's hard - especially if you tell yourself you won't do it for a week - just makes you feel like you NEED to do it more :(

Definitely return to your provider a week or so after the cipro is done.  did they check your prostate or just go by your symptoms as that's what it could be? Also if you are still having symptoms at that point, they will probably recheck another urine specimen too.

This doesn't sound at all like genital herpes.

yea ive only been on the cipro for 3-4 days now and i got another 10-11 left on the pills

my doctor said regardless he wants me to come see him when im done, he was pretty upset with the clinics remarks

after visting the local clinic 4 times about this they told me im paranoid and have been jerking off to much, my family doctor looked like he was ready to snap when i told him that

You need to follow this up with your Doctor who will most likely refer you to a Urologist if your symptoms  persist, from what you describe I would say it was more in line with Prostatitis than Herpes, however in view of the unprotected sex you need to be tested properly for all possible STD's and also Hiv which needs to wait for 3 months before testing.

i think u have a uti. Herpes would cause you to have a temperature, sore muscles, swollen lymph nodes & possibly an outbreak as well. I mean herpes can be symtemless to though. I mean it wouldnt hurt to get u std tested again & this time get the herpes select test. But honestly i dont think u have herpes.
