Wondering if?

So, i've slept with quite a few girls unprotected, and have always been fine, I recently slept with an english girl. Didnt use a condom, yes stupid but happened... I've been experiencing some symptoms but i'm not sure if they are just placebo or real.. I've had tingling in my scrotum in the past but nothing serious, after sleeping with her my friend mentioned herpes and i started to think about it alot, i started experiencing tingling and itching in my scrotum and what feels like burning in a few spots on my penis, i have looked and theres nothing that really looks like a herpes blister theres a patch of red in a fold of my skin and the usual skin bumps i ve always had that dont hurt to touch or anything, its been probably aobut 2 weeks since i started getting the symptoms could the tingling be something else? whats your opinions, curious..

thanks for getting back to me so quick, i appreciate it, i haven't gone and got it looked at yet, kinda going to have to force myself to go.. the idea of the truth can always be a bit scary

Have you been seen yet and properly examined? if not, that's your next step. this doesn't really sound like herpes going on but if you have a rash, get it looked at.
