Worried HSV-2

Hello!
I'm 32 years old male.
I'm concerned about contracting hsv-2
I had protected vaginal sex with a stranger and after week or so i came down with urethra pain when passing urine. I went to doctor and came down with high wbc count in urine but no bacteria.
After that i had stinging feeling at tip of penis and redness around tip but it went away in week 4.
I also noticed cut at scrotum in week 4 witch scabbed and healed in 3 days and was not painful, would not have noticed but was inspecting too much.

I took igg blood tests at week 5, 10 and 12 witch all came back negative for both hsv-1 and hsv-2.
Would not be worried but at week 4 my right middle finger became red and swollen from proximal phalange. I noticed there was some yellowish sticky watery liquid deep under skin and red blotch (i tried to lance it). This finger infection lasted around 10 weeks before it went away, it was not painfull in anyway but i did not cut it anywhere so its weird coincidence?

Now should i just believe this was something i was giving too much attention and my blood test's should be positive by now if i'm infected? I know 16 week blood test could be still more accurate but is it worth to retest after 12 weeks or just be happy with what i have taken this far? Any thoughts what should i do would be nice and welcome. Should i feel ok to have sex without thinking of infecting others?

Thanks!
