Worried STDs

I decided to join the site after reading many of the forums and through the difficulties of my current situation.

I am curious as to whether or not I might be in danger of contracting an STD and what the odds are of contracting anything.  Almost 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer and I have been in remission/recovery ever since.  I know that a lot of TC patients do suffer from OCD and for good reason.  However, I made a stupid mistake a couple days ago after feeling somewhat lonely and I am starting to notice some unusual symptoms.  I am a 25 yr old caucasian male who has had about 15 partners, only one of which I had a relationship with and had sex with on more than one occasion.  I have had one sexual encounter in the previous six months with no signs of ever having an STD in the past and also a few negative HIV test results (probably 3).   Two days ago I had an encounter with a young caucasian SW who looked to be 21 or 22 years old- she claimed that she was only 21 years old and that she had only began 'working' 4 months ago.  I had asked several times if she had any STDs at all and she claimed she was clean.  For what it's worth, she also claimed that she was a licensed stripper in the state of Nevada.  She appeared to be clean to me but did have some shaving irritation in her pubic area which at the time I assumed was just that and not any STD.   I let her perform oral sex on me with a condom and we also had vaginal intercourse with a condom.  That lasted for about 10 minutes, and because it was so short I decided to do it again.  Once more she performed protected oral sex and vaginal intercourse for what seemed to be about 10 minutes.  The next day I once more asked her if I had to worry about an STD of any sort over the phone and she simply respond that she was clean.  I do know that it is not reliable to trust people in this industry that is why I am here posting/considering going to get tested at my urologist.  Before the encounter I had been on a twice daily prescription of 500 mg Cipro.  I had taken 3 500 mg Cipro pills since the encounter and was hoping that would rule out the possibility of Gonorrhea/Chlamydia.  Overall she seemed as though she was pretty clean- we both showered together and she asked me to wash my hands after touching the $$ I had laid out for her.  She also did not want to have too much grinding involved in the sex as she claimed that my pubic area was too 'prickly.'  Several Questions to follow:

1. Does my condition of TC make me more susceptible to contracting an STD ? If any which ones ?

2. Does the fact that I shaved my pubic area right before the encounter make me more susceptible to contract herpes ? I do not have any visual lesions in the area thus far.

3. Three symptoms I have been having:  About 1 1/2 day(s) after the exposure I had soreness/pain in my testicle from which I only could tell was there for about 20 minutes.   Possibly due to masturbation but I am not sure.  My urologist said that I have a small 1 cm spermatocele located on my spermatic cord and I know this can be confused with my testicular pain.  I have recently noticed that I have a harder time clearing my bladder late at night before I go to sleep and that I am usually only able to urinate in spurts opposed to one consistent flow.  Lastly, I have had some discomfort at the tip of my penis where it seems that only one side at the end of the tip is glossy and slightly irritated.  I felt noticeable pain at the tip of my penis for about 30 seconds on one instance and then once more for about 10 seconds in the past two days.  I do feel a very mild insignificant uncomfortable dryness at the tip of my penis but that also could be my OCD talking to me.  How likely is it that these symptoms are being caused by an STD ?  I am most concerned about HSV and HIV as those are permanent.  I would not be as alarmed to find out I had something that is curable.

4. Does the fact that I took 500 mg Cipro three times after the encounter rule out Gonorrhea and Chlamydia ?

5.  I am worried that if I ask my urologist for a Herpes blood test that he will deny me a test because he might think that I have too much anxiety and that there is no need for a herpes test.  Should I just go to a clinic or be persistent in asking for a herpes blood test?

Thank you very much for your replies.  Any responses at all I would find very helpful as I have been feeling quite anxious about my current situation.

It might also be possible that this irritation was caused by bathing too much after the incident as i know soap can do that

I have read online that the chances of contracting an STD from a SW when protected is somewhere around 1/6000.  I do know that I engaged in this activity twice and that would put me at around a 1/3000 risk.

I wanted to add that I did not kiss the SW at all.
