Worried after sexual contact...

Hi,
I am a bit worried as I had sexual contact with a guy 5 days ago and he told me he has herpes... We had a lot of sexual contact but did not have vaginal sex or oral sex as he told me he was healing after having the virus a few weeks ago.. he said the virus was dead for at least a week but im a bit scared I may have caught something.. Im not sure how high the risk is? also since then I have had itchiness on outer vagina and also a bit of tenderness to touch. I have no discharge or any signs of any bumps or anything but i have had a bit of a sore throat and stuffed nose since then.. I have no idea if any of these things are connected or if I am just worrying myself too much any advice would be appreciated..

this is really low risk from just skin on skin contact.  

a sore throat and stuffy nose are cold symptoms, not herpes symptoms.
