a split or long scratch in the crack of the buttox area not the anas but lower back around the but area down to the anas...

i have had this split in the crack of my buttox area and for give me i am not trying to be funny or anything like that... it has not healed and it's very painful... I've cleanse the area with peroxide, used diaper rash ointment to keep the area protected during the day and at night... it's painful to sit down and it has not healed in 5 days not... i'm not sure why this is happening but I am concerned about it.  Do think in time the area will heal on it's own, just like diaper rash areas need time to heal due to the are abeing moist or should i keep the area dry more often?  just need some help with this issue....i guess if you imagined spreading your butt cheeks apart and a split or tear occurs... then i think you will have an idea of what and the location i'm talking about.. and no i was not engaged in any type of freaky behaviors...

Sounds like some sort of fungus or something. Beats me what it is but you need to get to a Dermatologist ASAP and ask him why you have a crack in your crack :).
