abrasion from rough sex or ... herpes. i'm worried

so, 2 nights ago, i had extremely rough sex with this girl... 2x at night & once again in the morning, and each time was super heated rough sex. and we were far from sober (lots of wisky and beer and other good things )so it lasted a while.... but yea i felt sore around the base of my shaft and there are some red / inflamed area around the base of my shaft.
we were not wearing protection, but she has been tested recently (as she claims) and so have i.
ohh she was having her period too...?
i know that my skin is sensitive down there, but still abit worried.
anyone else gotten an abrasion like this? or know anything?

I am in the same situation, well urologist think it is herpes but they are waiting for a new outbreak to confirm. My family doctor told me nothing to worry about it is the consequences of unprotected rough sex specially if the girl is just going out from her period.

I did herpes blood test and both Igg1 and Igg 2 are negative but my Igm is positive 2.7.
the poisitive Igm according to my docotros could be a new infection or other kind of infection, they can only know in the event of knew outbreak.

I am lost as you are ? now i am waiting to see if will have another oubreak.
