allergy and irritation on penis

hi Doc,
It started with red dots on my tip of penis,then i took roxikind n applied some cream, n then it went, but i came back in sometime..again I applied cream -betnovate-c n it went, till this time it was pain less and I could easily wash. Now from around 2months this has turned to painful and also not able to wash.even the skin of the penis shaft has a burning sensation and even the skin on penis (pink portion) almost half is as if scars and cuts and redness and now even there is swelling on the vien near the rip of the pink part. I am seeing a Skin specialist, he confirmed that its not a STD nor anything to worry. he prescribed me some antibiotics n anti inflammatory cream HHFUDIC..Want to know what is it and why is it? I am in relationship with only one girl.

How did your skin specialist diagnose you? Did he give you a test? If he's a skin specialist, he probably knows what he's talking about. Try to trust him.
