already posted - glands swollen

so i posted a few days ago, but my situation has worsened. Already saw a doc, but worried he may be wrong. Exactly 5 days ago, my testacles were licked ONE time, by a person who probably has been with MANY people sexually. It was literally one lick. After that point it was a handjob wiht lots of breathing all over me, but no intercourse or oral sex. About 36 hours afterward, I began to experience intense itching/tingling/burning in my groin, specifically on my testacles, groin, and also inside my behind. I went to the doctor the following day, and when he heard that I had done an unusual amount of walking in a hot environment the day before, he right away said this is most likely a fungal thing - jock itch. He prescribed an anti fungal ointment which has since helped a lot with the itching.

3 days after the antifunal ointment treatment began, i still have VERY red testacle skin (though much less itching), and now it feels like my testacles are VERY swollen, or that my lymph nodes are swollen. I have no visible lesions/sores anywhere. What are some possible causes of swollen groin/testacles/lymph nodes given my situation? Its beginning to really concern me because its quite painful. Thoughts? Does this make any sense?

Is it possible/likely that i contracted an STD from ONE lick and a hand job, with no visible break in the skin?

This sounds more like your skin is too sensitive to the antifungal cream than anything. The antifungals were helping with your symptoms so no reason to doubt that this isn't a yeast issue ( aka jock itch ). Are you putting the antifungal cream on your testicles?    Depending on what strength cream you are using it may be too strong for you to tolerate - perhaps consider using a different cream.  You might even want to skip a day of treatment and use a cornstarch based powder instead for that day to absorb moisture and reduce friction and then resume using your cream. They also make antifungal powders that work well in the genital area too - the best ones are prescription so don't hesitate to call your provider and let them know what is going on and discuss this with them.

The risk of a std from a handjob and a few licks is probably non-existant. More likely friction from the handjob and then jock itch starting from the exercise the next day is the culprit ( one more reason why I say leaving the couch is a bad, bad idea...he he he ).
