anal herpes?

hihihihihi
I have had a problem with anal itching for years now. But never got it checked. It seems to be getting worse now. the openig of the anus is a swollen and looks closed up. I have cut/sores aroudn the anus but not really nera the opening. I scracth it all the time.  I think this is the reason why i have that many cuts becuase it is hard not to.
Is this a sign of anal herpes? can anybody help?
