bug bite ?

i just noticed a bump on my penis shaft. it looks like a bug bite. it itches now and then. when i put lotion the itchiness goes away. it doesnt appear to look like a herpes sore. because it does not look like a blister, no discharge.
just one single bump that looks like a bug bite.
however, i am extremely scared because it is on my penis.
i got tested 2 month for HSV 1 and 2 and it was negative was HSV 2 but positive for HSV 1. it was an igG test.
I have NOT had sex in 3 years so im pretty sure it couldnt be herpes.
im scared i transfered it down there when i touched my mouth and then penis.
from my understanding i know i can't pass it through saliva.
Also, I have NEVER gotten a coldsore.

Please help

Thankyou for the response.
I didn't want to make an appointment to get checked for herpes when I already knew the result.
Then again, it still scares me.

But thankyou for answering my question. I appreciate it a a lot. I definitely feel better. The bump has gotten smaller and doesn't itch anymore. I think it was just a bug bite.
