bumps on both sides of inner thigh

Ok so 1 week ago I started working out and then I noticed what seemed to be like ingrown hair, open sores or bumps that were completely painless and I only noticed them 1 week later in the shower, some of them have hair grown out of them but there is 1 of them that just seems to be an open sore or something, I am a bit overweight and during this week did some running so maybe its chafing ? Could it be herpes even though they are totally painless and are only available on both sides of inner thights and nowhere else ? Nothing is on the groin area or penis shaft or anything, just both sides of inner thigh, please look at all pictures thanks.

These are pics of the right side:

HI, herpes outbreaks are not on both sides but only one. Of course only testing would confirm as one side might in fact be herpes but if all the sores look the same, they may just be inflamed hair follicles. If your concerned have them swabbed with in 48 hours after appearing to confirm.

I would also like to add that I discovered that the area is also somewhat dry and dandruff is in the area, it is kind of wet in the pictures thats why it doesnt show.
