burning groin

I had unprotected sex about a week ago and I woke up the other day and the tip of my penis was swollen and had a clear discharge from my penis. Now I have a burning sensation in my groin area and occaissonaly have the feeling i have to urinate when i know i dont have to go. If i masturbate the tip of my penis swells up the next morning like i mentioned before

also i have abdominal pain and sore testicles as well

Sounds like a urine infection that almost always causes lower abdominal pain and an urge to urinate more often than is normal,however with any unprotected sex whereby you don't know the other persons status you need to be tested to exclude an STD ......

im headed to the doc tomorrow but just curious to your thoughts once more. If it does burn upon urination do you still think it could be a urine infection?

Going to be checked out is the best course of action. You need tested for std's.  The most likely culprit is chlamydia but it could be others too.

I went today and the doc treated me for chlamydia and gohn......he thought chlamydia as well.....have to wait for the urine results
