I'm having thid burning sensation in the head of my penis aand i have no discharge and no burning when i urinate. could i have herpes in the urethra that are causing the head of my penis to burn? I can't see any visible sores but I'm scared. my legs were burning for 5 days last week but no sores apprared. all i have is this burning sensation in the.head of my penis. please help me

If you used a condom for both your risk would be quite low anyway and you would know if the condom broke as she would have mentioned it also for her safty most likely. Topical antifungal creams would be needed if thats what it is. It really apprears your causing it yourself as yuou mention all the squeezing. There are milions of nerves at the head and your causing an injury by doing this so leave it alone for a few days and see if it clears up.

It was protected vaginal and oral but i was drunk so i donk know if the.condom broke or.something. the burning seems to be less bad when I'm walking around but when i sit or lay down it intensitys. Maybe its. from touching it or.squeezing it too much looking for discharge that i can't find. wouldn't one pill of.diflucan kill it if it was indeed fungal.

Grace come and goes but maybe we can help. Was the sex unprotected oral vaginal or anal? I can say if your symptoms started the next day they would not be related to the act as no std including herpes starts the next day. If this is a new burning and is topical, it would not be associated with any interior urethra irritations as the burning would be inside and getting a herpes sore inside your uretha is not common and if you did it would be very painful with an open herpes blister esp when urinating.

You can have the interior swab for herpes now to pick up an active lesions or have a blood test 3 months post exposure. Yours apprears more fungal related and maybe your causing it yourself from contact checking and  pulling.
