burning scrotum and rash on legs!

i recently had unprotected vaginal sex 13 days ago now, and about a day and half later my scrotum began to burn very uncomfortable and this has continued, my scrotum is also constantly tight, but visibly does not seem to have changed! yesterday i got a mild rash that runs all the way down my legs, but haven thave any blisters or anything. I am very worried i may of got a form of sti? and my symptoms all seem to point at herpes, as i have all the pre symtoms (symptoms) just no sore?

It's most likely a fungal infection but the best thing to do  is to be seen and get a proper work up done. You can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea now. syphilis anytime after 6 weeks post encounter. If they think that this rash looks like herpes, they can culture it now, otherwise you can follow up with a type specific herpes igg blood test anytime after 3 months and also cover your hiv base then too.
