herpes can be present in semen , urine, vaginal fluids and saliva. Just contact with those isn't the risk though, it's more the heat and friction of the actual sex act that is the issue. there are some documented cases of folks contracting hsv2 through artificial insemination though.
I find it incredibly unlikely the person who felt that they contracted hsv2 orally from catching someone's semen in their mouth really contracted it that way.

also.... if lts say one who is hsv 2 positive masturbated into one's mouth (with no oral sex)... can hsv 2 be spread that way?
