Thanks grace i havent had any herpes testing done so far because i dont have any burning sensation in urethra right now but the herpes simplex has occured on penis and as i went to my dermatologist yesterdays and showed him he instantly looking at the issue said that its herpes simplex he is very experienced skin specialist and is also a professor at a very renowned medical college in karachi-pakistan.
7 Months ago when i was having the urine burning and yellowish fluid as urethra discharge i went to the urologist immediately recommended the test for chamldyia as well as urethra discharge swab test which came out negative there was no test done for gonorreha the urine culture was normal and the urine DR was also normal he gave me the Rocephin Antibiotique Injections 2grams per day i.v. which soothed downed all the burning sensations and al the tinglings on the tip of the penis and i avoided sex for like 2 months after that not even masterbated in the mean time.
But like 15 days from now before i had this occurence on the head and joined part of the penis these 3-4 watery bumps i went to some other dermatologist he couldnt diagnosed it and suggested me to take Augmentin 625mg antibiotique for 5 days course and to apply Fucidin -H cream and in 5 days that outbreak was gone but suddenly like yesterdays it had again outbreaked and this time i went to the other specialist and now he has given me zovirax 10g ointment to applicate on the outbreak and famvir tablets 250mg to eat for 7 days. Famvir is expensive the course is like 50$ US.
But i think i never had any other STD 7 months back it was herpes inside urethra which has now appeared over the skin.
what do u comment now?
yes your initial symptoms 7 months ago could've been due to herpes. At this point there's no way of knowing if you contracted hsv then or not.
zovirax ointment isn't helpful for herpes recurrences. no need to refill that prescription that's for sure.
What herpes testing have you had done so far?
grace
There is no way to give you an accurate diagnose over the internet. It's best to see your doctor about that.
However, a symptom of genital herpes does include burning during urination in the urethra. Other symptoms include white/yellow discharge from the urethra (caused by shedding cells from the herpes blisters within the urethra.
