can i get genital herpes this way
hi, i dont even know whether i have herpes or not, but i keep freaking out because of this. I read on multiple web sites that you can give herpes if you have an outbreak on your lip to your genital area. well i also read that you can have a primary herpes outbreak and not even know your having it. now all the time i worry about making sure my hands dont touch my lips and then i accidentaly touch my genitals. now, last night when i was sleeping i remember, (it wasn't in my dream), i was half asleep and my hand touche my mouth and then i brought my hand down and when i did that my shirt was pulled up and i was wearing boxers and i felt my hand touch my skin andlift up or 'flap' my boxers elastic part around my waist. now i am worrying becasue during my sleep i cant remember if it was right after or not, i masterbated which made friction between my upper thigh area and my genital area. i dont know if i have an outbreak so this is so mean ebcasue i could secretly have one. and last week or two i kissed this girl i dont even know if she had herpes on her lip, so a week later i could have my primary inital outbreak, not know it, and give it to myself during my sleep and masterbate right after. someone help! i can't be normal anymore!
This is really an anxiety issue more so than a herpes issue. You are worrying way, way too much.
