can i get herpes from a cold sore?

if i get oral sex from a girl with a cold sore/canker sore in her mouth, will i get herpes?

and since she has a cold sore does this mean that she has herpes?

cold sores are herpes and yes, but canker sores inside the mouth are not herpes
