close shave

Hello,
My situation started about 4 months ago and i was sure that i was ok. I shaved the pubic hairs on and around my penis for the first time and everything was fine until i developed some small bumps on the shaft. i had a monogamous girlfriend at the time, the last time i was tested for an STD (last summer) everything came out negative, i had no pain or discomfort of any sort, and she said that she was clean, so i decided to do some research. The bumps turned out to be razor bumps and after removing the ingrown hairs everything returned to normal. The problem is that now, a month later, i have had a couple very small, white, non irritating bumps come back or develop. Maybe they were bumps i missed and have just grown in size or maybe something more serious. What are your opinions?

These could even be completely normal bumps.  They also can be the start of ingrown hairs again too.  They could also be something else. The best thing is to follow up with your provider next week and have them looked at. They don't sound herpetic though from your description of them.
