cluster of little red bumps under my head on my shaft

I have been highly stressed the past few days as little red bumps have appeared on the head of my penus and a little barely visible cluster 2-3 near the ring of my penis. And maybe like 1 on my shaft. The red bumps are about the size of a pencil tip and aren't very noticeable. I have been having them for about 2 days now and they are a little less noticeable now then they were at there peak. As I said before they are barely noticeable, but I am really worried because I had something like this before but it went away after a few days. I haven't been experiencing any other type of pain or itching or anything, just that there are little red noticeable bumps. They did appear over a month after having unprotected sex and i know that for certain because i wrote them off as possible being herpes after reading up on herpes online, but its been almost 6 months and it appears that they have returned. At one point they did flake or in a sense got dry and the skin kind of flaked off, but there is no irritation and sense seeing them before they have not appeared anywhere else. last time they disappeared after about a week and a hand full of days, i am just worried cause i dont have the symptoms of herpes and i am really worried cause i dont know what it is so i think that it might be, any help you could give me i would appreciate.

Should I be worried of having something given the description of my past and current condition?

Hey, I seem to be experiencing the same symptoms but, despite checking all over the internet, I haven't found anything to explain it, I planned on getting checked out but I was looking for some clue or insight on the matter. I'm kinda freakin about it. So, if you happen to find anything out PLEASE write back ASAP! Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The fact that you had unprotected sex and they have re-appeared is reason enough to be tested, not every individual experiences exact symptoms so in view of that it would be best to pop down to a GUM/STD Clinic and have a test done when the spots are present.
