conflicting HSV2 results

At 8 weeks post potential exposure I tested negative on both HSV1 and HSV2 type specific IGG test (labcorp, through an online testing service).

At 13 weeks I tested again, this time through tstd.org, labs prepared at Quest - Herpeselect.  In this round, I tested >5 for HSV1 and 1.18 for HSV2, which I understand to be low positive.  I then did confirmatory BioKit test for HSV2, which came back negative (about 13.5 weeks post potential exposure).

I just retested, at 5.5 months, and the results of the Herpeselect came back HSV1 positive at >5 again (no surprise, I have gotten cold sores since childhood).  The HSV2 results were EQUIVOCAL at 0.95.

What is your interpretation, and what would you recommend from here?  Thanks for your counsel.

equivocal is  negative. You have no need for any additional testing for herpes from the encounter you were concerned about.
