confuse of my HSV 1 2 test result

i just got my HSV 1 and 2 result and this is the result

HSV 1 IgG 0.97 High
HSV 2 IgG 0.91

am i positive for both?

I decided to get a test coz my bf told me that his ex-gf is positive of Herpes, we've been dating for almost a year now meaning we started having sex last year month of august 2009 and the first few months we sometimes dont use protection, and his ex told him that she is positive just last april 2010, and he told me that he noticed that he's having a breakout, and he told me that he is really sure that he has an herpes.
I had my test last July 9, 2010.
Ist possible that he is negative too? He doesnt want to get tested coz he said that he is preety sure that he got it.

he needs to get his own testing done. if he's having symptoms, you should be avoiding sex at this point and honestly I wouldn't have sex with him again until he's had proper testing done. assume nothing and make him get a proper work up done.
