confused test results

II'm very confused about hsv blood results I've had about 7hsv blood tests igg and igm and western blot. igm came back1:40 titer but the igg continues to be negative dr says i have herpes based on the igm titer and the reason that i'm negative on the igg is because i have no backup,something about my immune system.I've been tested many times because i've had irritatation down there. The last test was done 21 months after last sexual encounter,so is it possible the Dr is right and i;m continuing to test negative on the igg tests,but based on the igm titer and symptoms that i have genital herpes

we've discussed your situation the last time you posted about it last month.

nothing else we can help you with . be seen every time you have symptoms as I recommended previously.  if they suspect herpes, make them prove it with a lesion culture.

When I do get symptoms it's just irritation, but no lesions for them to swab, should i request a Pcr
