could there be more bumps

It came out as a little bump with a blister that popped,its in the top of teh crack of me butt,could there be more like inside me,,,they didnt tell me if its sexula herpes just herpes simplex do u have to take the med teh valttrex imscared of medication,can it make you feel very sick and if i scratched it during the night and rubbed my eyes could it spread to my eyes,lately my eyes are red and vison problems but im going off a med i have been on for years im scared

I wouldn't worry about your eyes and herpes - its very rare to get herpes in the eye.
