could this be herpes?

hi for quite a while now i have had a small pink patch on my foreskin it never used to itch and never hurts or causes me pain, it looks almost like scar tissue.  I am quite a heavy masterbater so i put it down to that.  Quite recently though my foreskin has been harder to pull back and i have a slight itch at the very end of my foreskin.  When i pull back my foreskin it looks a little swollen hence the harder to pull back part.  I have also noticed whitish bits which i now have to clean under my foreskin.

My only past knowledge is that i had a wart under my foreskin a coulpe of years ago which was treated and cleared up.
My thoughts and fears were it was herpes or thrush...

Thx so much in advance.

Doesn't sound like Herpes to me but I think you should see your Doctor as this may be a bacterial infection that needs treated before it will clear up completely it could also be something that a Dermatologist may need to check out,but I wouldn't worry that it's HSV nothing you say would suggest that ......
