cut inside belly button

HI,
I have type 2 herpes and I have only had it in the genital area. I noticed how i had a cut inside my belly button, not sure if it was from scrathcing it and it smelled. Can you get herpes sore inside your belly button? It went away two days later and now its just a mark and it looks like its bleeding under my skin. I looked everywhere online and could not find anything...
